Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union Conference „TOTAL DEFENCE – IS IT STILL RELEVANT?“

Continuing the tradition and carrying out one of its main tasks – educating the society on the issues of state defence and national security, the Lithuanian Riflemen Union organizes the fifth international conference “Total defence – is it still relevant?”. During the conference, the well-known public figures, representatives of the military will speak about the country’s security and defense issues, members of the academic community and foreign experts will share their insights as well.
The conference is dedicated to the all Lithuanian society. Dalia Grybauskaitė, the President of the Republic of Lithuania, became the patron of conference, as she was in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
